Esprit Information day

Brussels, 15-7-1997 If you plan to submit a proposal for an information technology grant from the European Commission, the information day in the Brussels Congress Centre on Monday, 29 September, from 08.00 to 17.00 is a place to visit.. The event will consist of parallel information sessions covering the programme's themes and technical domains, concentrating on those open in the 16 September call.

There will be ample opportunity for meeting the Commission staff involved in the programme, and you will be able to give a short presentation of your company or institution to indicate the areas of the call which interest you or for which you plan to make a proposal. Bulletin boards will also be available.

Simultaneous interpretation will be available in plenary sessions between English, French and German. In the parallel sessions, where the working language will be English, assistance will be given wherever possible to participants raising points or questions in any EU language.

Attendees from SMEs are particularly encouraged, and participants from Central and Eastern Europe, NIS and Mediterranean countries will be extended a special welcome.
