5-8-96 Esprit's information day in Brussels: If you are considering sending in a proposal to the Esprit programme of the European Commission, the Esprit information day, that will be held on September 23 in Brussels, is the place to go. There will be a session specially for HPCN. You can present yourself, and meet possible partners.
