Amdahl to launch Millennium 800 series

Sunnyvale, 12 October 98 Amdahl Corporation developed the Millennium 800 series, the newest extension of the Millennium family of System/390 compatible CMOS processors. The new 800 Series' capacity is 1075 MIPS. One of the first customers is British Airways.
