SuSE spins off Linux Knowledge PortalNueremberg 15 August 2001 The SuSE Linux Knowledge Portal will be transformed into an independent Linux Portal. The entirely bilingual knowledge portal contains a wealth of various info channels, individually configurable access possibilities, and a flexible full-text search engine.
The Portal will be maintained by the "father" of the SuSE Portal, Frank
Rennemann, Ph.D., in a slightly modified form. The website address:
http://portal.suse.com will continue to be a source of information around Linux in German and English.
