SCI Europe 2001 conference
Dublin 06 August 2001 For the first time the SCI Summer School (October 1st -October 2nd, 2001 ) will be held jointly with the International SCI Europe Conference (October 2nd -October 3rd, 2001 at Trinity College in Dublin.
The SCI Summer School is an intensive 1.5-day event involving 50% tutorial and 50% laboratory sessions with a strong collegiate ethos. It is targeted at both newcomers to SCI as well as those experienced in the field, with the objective to increase both the breadth and depth of their working knowledge of SCI.
The SCI Europe Conference will occupy the remaining 1.5-day of the 3-day event. It is the objective of SCI Europe 2001 to bring together researchers actively involved in the development and the various applications of SCI technology. Through presentations and open discussions, we aim to exchange experiences, to review successes and setbacks, to identify promising research avenues and application domains, and to foster collaborations.
