Grid on the GoUrbana 23 April 2001 The Grid on the Go workshop, May 20-22, 2001, Urban-Champaign, USA. is focused on the uses of wireless devices (portable digital assistants (pdas), cell phones, sensors) and their intersection with digital infrastructure (the Grid) research. Nationally renowned speakers will discuss the impact of these devices on academic scientific research and the private sector while highlighting technical and policy challenges.
The workshop will be held at the Holiday Inn in Urbana, Illinois. Lodging for the event is available at the conference hotel (Holiday Inn) or other local hotels.
