Dataram offerss 2 Gbyte memory for Sun Fire

Princeton 02 May 2001 Dataram introduced a 2 Gbyte memory option for Sun Microsystems' Sun Fire ) 280R servers and Sun Blade 1000 workstations.

Dataram offers a full range of memory upgrades for the Sun Fire 280R and Sun Blade 1000 including a 2 Gbyte option not offered by the OEM. Each Dataram upgrade consists of four 232-pin 100MHz ECC SDRAM DIMMs specifically developed for use in these systems.
