Corgan vice president TerraspringFremont 11 July 2001 Terraspring a grid computing software company, appointed Gregory Corgan senior vice president of world wide field operations. Corgan will be responsible for professional services and customer support, as well as sales and business development at Terraspring.
Prior to joining Terraspring, Corgan was president and CEO of OneChem Ltd., a
provider of Web-based application software and connectivity services for the
chemical industry. There he rebuilt and executed the product, sales, and support
strategies resulting in the acquisition of more than 35 customers and users in
less than six months.
Corgan also spent 24 years at IBM, where he was a member of Chairman Lou
Gerstner's leadership team. At IBM, Corgan greatly exceeded sales targets,
leading units providing e-commerce, supply chain, ERP, and customer relationship
management solutions to multiple industries worldwide. He also conceived and
built IBM's first worldwide ERP solutions unit operating in the United States,
Europe, and Asia.
