Sectra participates in establishment of new medical research centreLinkoping 17 October 2001 The Swedish IT and medical technology company Sectra, Linkoping University and the county council of Ostergotland have agreed to establish a new research centre in Linkoping, Sweden.
The Center For Medical Image Science and Visualisation (CMIV) will develop new methodologies based on information technology and digital imaging and will be closely affiliated with the Swedish National Supercomputer Center within Linkoping Institute of Technology and the radiology department of Linkoping University Hospital.
