Program of Conference on Computational Physics (CCP) in Aachen finalised
Juelich 09 July 2001 The scientific program of the Conference on Computational Physic, CCP 2001, 5. to 8. September, in Eurogress Aachen is now finished. The event is organised by John von Neumann Institute for Computing, Research Center Juelich. The program is published on the conference web server.
The program consists of plenary talks in the morning and four parallel sessions in the afternoon. In total, 15 well known plenary speekers and 48 invited experts will present their newest research results in the field of computational physics. Out of another 350 extended abstracts the committee chose 72 talks. Most of the rest have been accepted as poster presentations.
It is remarkable that the authors come from 40 different countries, a lot from the former eastern European countries. Interested researchers can register for the conference and book a hotel using the formulas on the web server.
