Callidus' TrueComp solution is to replace Vodacom's existing compensation management system to streamline operations, enable modelling and forecasting and increase flexibility for the implementation of incentives. The Callidus Software solution will standardize business processes and software across the company to keep teams aligned with business objectives and drive revenue and optimize profitability. Employees of Vodacom will enjoy the advantages of TrueComp, which substitutes costly and time-consuming manual efforts with the automation afforded by the market's leading EIM software solution, all while aligning Vodacom's incentive compensation with its business goals.
