The future staff member is responsible for the support of European policy activities in the areas of e-infrastructure and e-science, particularly in the domain of Grids and Grid policy. Tasks include the redaction of and collaboration in European project proposals in the e-infra domain; the management of current EU-projects with a focus on the support of policy shaping; the collaboration in knowledge development of the Dutch science/society in the areas of e-science and e-infrastructure; keeping abreast with developments in the areas of e-science and e-infrastructure; and representation of the NWO/NCF in related national and international activities.
