Swiss SuSe Supercomputer Site

Lausanne 31 Jul 99 Last month, there was a large event in Switzerland, were a 108 processor Alpha cluster, ran some 32 Gflop/s on a matrix solver for a matrix of size 50,000. Network was not running at full speed because of Linux Network driver problems. The system ran the SuSE Linux 6.1 Alpha operating system.
