French course on MPI

Orsay 18 Nov 99 IDRIS (Institut du développement et des ressources en informatique scientifique), the national supercomputing centre of CNRS (Centre national de la recherche scientifique) in France, has released an MPI-2 training guide. It is written in French and will be used as a basis for advanced training on MPI.

IDRIS uses the document as a basis of a two days training session. First will start mid-December.

The document does not describe all the aspects of the huge MPI-2 standard, but tries to emphasize the main features (process management, MPI-IO and few other topics) in a pedagogical way.
