This move is the foundation of what Med Diversified believes is the future of regional delivery in health care.

Whether it is to the hospital, clinic or home, the combined integrated product also allows remote facilities to render more accurate and specialised second opinions with physician specialists particularly in the areas of oncology, cardiology, dermatology, orthopaedics, nephrology, and wound care.

Gregory Hobbs, MD, Director of Telemedicine at Scott and White and Associate Professor of Emergency Medicine at Texas A&M University commented: "Finding strong return on investment opportunities to grow and sustain telemedicine programmes has always been an issue.
