SCI Solutions' proves speed and scalability expertise in small and large hospitals alike

Platte Valley Medical Center (PVMC) is a 58-bed community hospital located in Brighton, Colorado. PVMC is streamlining its scheduling and pre-encounter activities by using SCI's access management solutions integrated into its existing financial and clinical systems.

Sophie Plante, System Manager at PVMC, stated: "We selected because of the broad functionality it offered in terms of scheduling and access management. We have received a lot of positive feedback from employees and referring physician offices about the changes we've made to our scheduling process."

Newark Beth Israel (NBI), an affiliate of the Saint Barnabas Health Care System (SBHCS), is a 671-bed regional care teaching hospital located in Newark, New Jersey. NBI's use of SCI's solutions will serve as the model for future SBHCS scheduling/access initiatives. Additionally, several NBI clinics plan to roll-out in their enterprise. NBI has plans to use in all of its hospital departments. It is also the first site to go live with the SCI Solutions self check-in kiosk offering.
