Through the eHealth Collaborative, participating practices are encouraged to adopt health information technology that will improve the overall safety and efficiency of their businesses. The Collaborative will distribute a grant or grants up to a maximum of $7000 per physician or 75 percent of the cost for a physician's office to acquire, install and implement the electronic technology systems, whichever amount is lower. The physician's practice will be responsible for the remaining balance.
