ATKOSoft appointed to Framework Contract by NHS Connecting for Health in England
Athens 16 May 2008ATKOSoft S.A. has been appointed to a Framework Contract to provide additional capacity and capability in the supply of IT products and services to the National Health Service (NHS) in England.
The appointment to the Additional Supply Capability & Capacity (ASCC) Framework is for the following 7 service categories:
of Lot 2 - Clinical Information Technology (CIT) Services "Supporting the delivery of existing clinical IT systems and/or providing new clinical IT systems and services as business requirements emerge".
- Patient Administration System (PAS)
- Hospice Care
- Order Communications and Results Reporting
- ePrescribing Systems
- Coronary Heart Disease, Ophthalmology
- Health Care Professional Services
The English NHS is one of the largest spenders in Health IT products and services in Europe.
