Since 1994, Endeavor Technologies has been building up a sound reputation as a cardiac event monitoring company, supplying Internet-based and diagnostic telemedicine products and services. In order to create an innovative medical telephony platform for the health care community, it now has closed a business alliance with Premiere Technologies, a major provider of enhanced communications services. Endeavor's health care industry distribution, various partnerships and provider programmes will be coupled with Premiere's Orchestrate design, a product which enables users to intelligently link their telephones, faxes, computers, pagers and voice mail.

Indeed, the Orchestrate platform is offering a flexible and scaleable infrastructure to perform excellent services from the moment it will be fully integrated in the highly expensive medical telephony call centre, which Endeavor has been setting up.

In order to assure a smooth cooperation between both companies, Endeavor has moved its headquarters to the same building in Atlanta as where the Premiere's offices are situated. In turn, Premiere has made an investment in Endeavor and its Chief Executive Officer has joined Endeavor's Board of Directors.

At present, Endeavor is ready to use Premiere's platform for the development of Internet and telephone-based services and products, which will optimise the quality of care and information delivery, education as well as communication between health care providers, professionals and consumers.
