Submission Guidelines

IEEE owns the copyright on all the papers published in the conference digest. To comply with the U.S. copyright law, authors are required to sign an IEEE copyright transfer form before publication.

Authors are required to submit 3 camera-ready copies of the original manuscript, not to exceed 6 pages in length, together with a duplicate electronic version on a floppy. Please make sure to indicate the operating system and the word processing software used.

The manuscript should be typewritten, single spaced using a font size of 11 points, and two columns to a page, with the title, author names, affiliations and e-mail addresses printed centre across the page at the top.

For paper size, use 8.5" x 11" (216 x 279 mm) paper or cut any other paper to this size. Only this size paper will be accepted.

Leave 1" (25 mm) margin at the top and bottom and 0.7" (18 mm) on the left and right sides.

Number all references in their text order, using square brackets.

Provide a concise 100-200 words abstract at the head of the manuscript to appear with the paper. A set of 5 keywords should follow the abstract.

Illustrations must consist of clear, high contrast, black and white photographs mounted at the appropriate space in the text document together with the caption.
